HHello, I am Barry James Blundell. I have been a Professional Civil Marriage, Family and Funeral Celebrant since January 2009. I am a long time resident of Tumut NSW and have resided in the area and surrounding regions for many years.
Blue Sky Celebrant Services being based at Tumut NSW, principally services the townships and surrounding areas of Tumut, Gundagai, Adelong, Talbingo, Cooma, Batlow, Tumbarumba, Cootamundra and Wagga Wagga. Services are also available to the larger Riverina Region, Snowy Mountains Regions of NSW and north eastern Victoria and also the Australian Capital Territory and surrounds.

Choosing a Professional, Independant Civil Celebrant allows you the opportunity to have your wedding, name-giving, renewal of vows, commitment or other ceremony, where and when you want it. You also have a greater input in the content of your chosen ceremony. A lot goes into the planning and preparation for all ceremonies but none more so than weddings. A wedding these days is often left to the bride and her girl friends. The groom may also play a part but not to the extent as his bride does. As most partners within relationships today need to work, little time is left in the day to organise a wedding. I'm here to help and make it that little bit easier for you to plan the finer details of your ceremony, suitable to your cultural background, wishes and desires.
As a professional civil celebrant, I share some of the most meaningful and joyful times in people's lives as well as the saddest and most uplfting. I feel a real sense of accomplishment in helping couples to realise their vision for their perfect Wedding, Name-Giving, Renewal of Vows, Commitment, Birthday or Anniversary celebration.
My role as a Civil Celebrant is to listen to your wants, needs and desires for your wedding or other ceremony and do my very best to make your wishes come true for you. However, when it comes to weddings, most couples don't have a clear idea of what they want. If you and your partner fall into this category, don't worry, I can help you with ideas to spark your imagination and I am ready to help you create your perfect wedding day.
