Blue Sky Celebrant Services is a Professional Civil Celebrancy business. This business was registered by the NSW Government's Office of Fair Trading and was established in May 2008. The business is based in Tumut NSW, midway between Wagga Wagga NSW and Canberra ACT and principally services the townships and surrounding areas of Tumut, Gundagai, Adelong, Talbingo and Batlow. Services are also available to the larger Riverina Region, Snowy Mountains Regions of NSW and north eastern Victoria and also the Australian Capital Territory and surrounds.

Making a Booking.

The earlier you book with us the more certain you will be that the date, time, venue and our celebrant will be available for your function. The timing and location of the ceremony may be conventional or it may not. Ceremonies conducted on a weekday (other than Saturday, Sunday, weekday public holiday or public holiday weekend), 11.00am to 1.30pm, where possible, will be charged at a reduced rate to our weekend/public holiday rates (please contact us for more information). Unconventional factors for example; locations, times, places of risk and travel outside the local area may increase the fees and charges for your ceremony. If any of these circumstances apply to you, allow us to assess your requirements and quote a price for you with a firm ‘Statement of Fees’.

If we are chosen to perform your ceremony for you, we will need to arrange our first face to face meeting during which we will discuss your wishes and requirements for your ceremony. A ‘Contract of Agreement’, explaining our service obligations to you and our expectations of you as a client will be thoroughly explained to you for your approval and signature. Once you are comfortable in the understanding of this ‘Contract of Agreement’, we ask you to acknowlege your committment by signing this document. An appropriate non-refundable booking deposit is requested at this point of our meeting. Your deposit, if not having been paid previoulsy to our meeting, will be appreciated during our meeting or as soon as possible there-after. Please be aware, your payment is required before we are able to confirm your ceremony booking agreement with us. Once your booking deposit has been received, either before, during or after our initial meeting, your booking will become confirmed and your details and those of your chosen ceremony will be entered and locked into our electronic database and calendar. Your booking will only be tentative until your booking deposit has been received.
